If I could give it less I would. I have been dealing with this business for years for all of my embrodery needs until today. I have e a very important function coming up this weekend. And I had a lapscarf embroidered no one called me to tell me that my items were ready I had to call myself. When I arrived I looked at the lapscarf, it was supposed to say Soror in which I spelled it for the young lady who took the order. She then asked to to verify the font and my personal information. When I picked it up today it say Sorow. What is Sorow, that is not even a word if you thought it was Sorrow you are still missing a letter. The owner comes out and all she can say to me is that she is out, out what. I have an item that I can't use but you still got paid for a useless item so now I'm out 36.00 for something that if you were not sure you should have called to verify the order....

This store just lost my business!! Gift card ($150) was purchased as a Christmas gift and has been partially used. Recipient was told at her last visit that the balance was in their system and there was no need to keep the paper receipt. Well, upon returning yesterday, she was told that she needed the receipt because they had changed systems and the employee who told her that there was no need to save her receipt no longer works there. What a crock! I understand a paper gift receipt but the mistake was on their end not ours! She told them the balance was only around $40. I guess $40 is more important than...

Don’t order stuff online from them. Takes a quarter of a year to get them sent to you. Called a few weeks ago asking when my order would be shipped out. Was told same day or next day. Well. It’s been weeks and it’s still sitting at their store. Would have been fine if they would have told me back then. Don’t know how it is in store. Just don’t expect them to work hard to get you your items you spend hundreds...
