Pretty overpriced and not in the least friendly to those who don't know what they're doing when it comes to building. I thought the workers were there to help us when we need it - but god forbid you burden them with your questions. They might spare some time for you, but first the yelling around to find out who is working in which departments occurs, because no one knows who's present and who's away when you ask... Half the workers they tried to find weren't there today? Good management skillls! If you don't know the people working there and are not a co-worker, then don't even bother trying to get someones attention at the check out desks. Otherwise, you'll be waiting for a life time to get one of them to stop chatting amongst themselves and assist you. Every time I go in there, I'm left waiting around for at least 20 minutes to start. Most of the time it doesn't seem worth it.. But my only other option is Fred Meyer......

Some of the employees are nice, but most of them try not to make eye contact with you because they don't care about what you need and they don't want to help you. I paid $4000.00 for flooring materials back on the the the first week of December of 2021, then they told me that i needed to come and pickup the flooring because it's been there for a long time. When my contractors tried to pick up the materials, they were told that all they had was the carpet and no vinyl it is April 2022 now and we are still waiting. I've called the owner twice within four days and still haven't received a call back. So now we're walking on subflooring and still waiting for the rest of the flooring that's been paid for 4 months ago and still no answer from the owner. Maybe one star...

We went into Rosenberg Builder's supply to get pieces to fix our aging chain link fence. We told the lady at the register what large pieces we needed to buy and pick up in the warehouse in the outside part of the store. We then made our purchase and drove back to have them load the 4 large pieces and found she didn't get but 2 of the pieces the man went ahead and loaded the extra two so we didn't have to come back through and my husband had to run in and pay for the final to pieces. So a bit inconvenient but could have been worse. My suggestion to keep that from happening would be have her read back what they have put in the register before finalizing your order just to make sure they heard...
