Avoid this place like plague. Went in there to try to switch over an iPhone. Dude set me up for a line and had me pay for it before ever physically putting the SIM card in the phone to see if it was compatible. It wasn’t. Dude even threw away the SIM card instead of leaving it in the phone. Called the customer service and they said they could try mailing me another SIM card but it could take over 5 business days. Went back to the store different worker tried and failed to make one of their SIM work. Told me they couldn’t cancel the line that I had to call corporate. Lost the money I paid for the first line and Verizon wouldn’t credit me. Got set up with another phone and line but couldn’t finish setting up account before close. Worker and I had verbal agreement I would come in at 8am next day to finish paying for phone. Show up and store is closed. Stood in the rain and wind for an hour waiting for them to open the store. Had to call district manager only to be told they couldn’t send anyone. Took me over a week to get both phone lines straightened out. Neither worker apologized for their mistakes. Little to no communication between the two workers there and obvious lack of respect toward each other since they were both eager to talk cr@p about the other. DO NOT go here they only cause problems. Try your luck at the store location in Lincoln or just call Verizon directly for any issues. Bad enough experience I almost cancelled all service with Verizon. Will never step foot...
Read moreSure glad we have a Verizon store in town. I'm use to having to handle all my business over the phone with them. Been with Verizon about 20 years always had an LG but the last 2 haven't been that great. This last LG V10 just went completely black on me, 1 year and 1 month over my manufacture warranty. LG would do nothing and its a KNOWN issue with the phone! Ready to leave Verizon for good!!! Took my phone into the store here and Jesus Simenez did everything he could to fix it, finally had to call Verizon again as they verified my info I told them "you are going to have to speak with Jesus because I'm not going to be able to play nice! I purchased a phone and paying over 700.00 for it, 1 month over the manufacture warranty from a known issue it takes a powder on me and I'm not paying for it like LG said I would have too. Jesus goes through their drill for the trouble shooting and then tells them I have the full warranty and this should be covered in full for replacement! I did not realize that would be covered that way, thought I'd have to be out 100.00 for a phone I did not break. Always have a warranty! Always have a level head person speak for you when you can't Lololol...and never buy LG! Moving to a Samsung soon and will diffinately be buying from Tillamooks Store! Thanks guys! Matt Zipfel and Jesus...
Read moreI purchased a charging cord for IPhone 7+. I did not open the box until I needed it to complete buyers charges for things I sold at the farmers market. They gave me a cable with a USB-C instead of the connection most cords have. They did not tell me and did not sell me the plug that went with it. So, I could not take credit cards for payment that day!
When I tried to return it, they wanted to give me the plug. That does not help with my external battery. He did not have the cord I needed. I told them I wanted my money back. He had to call the manager for that?!?! The manager wanted the receipt. I told them I didn’t bring it because she told me they keep receipts on record. She said that was only for warranty issues. I told them this was their mistake and it cost me money because I could not take credit cards at the farmers market. I asked her to work with me. I heard her tell the guy on the phone that she would not refund my money without receipt...even though she told me they have it on record. I was supposed to wait for her to come in while she dropped her kid off! Someone was already waiting for her because she was late for her appointment. I left because I had to get going. This store has no idea what customer service means. I am going to write to Verizon...
