Dollar General — Local services in Timpson

Upset today. What has happen to CSR's ? I went to CSR school! I am not exactly blaming the CSR's because the issue must of been the management's mistake, but I stood at the register for quite awhile while the CSR's cussed and discussed who gets to go to lunch first. I totally understand wanting that break...but management had gave them BOTH the same lunch time. Or dinner since this was evening shift. So I stand at the register while they bring out the print out and realize ...both had the same time. 7 something. Seriously, that was rude. They both knew I was at the register, but ...........I had and ME ONLY ME no one else in the store...had to wait while they decided ... Not on the girls I do not think, more on who ever scheduled it. But come on people..........I honestly went to work shops etc to learn how to handle customers....is that not happening anymore? People should be handled with respect and be made think they are the first priority in an issue. OK I am done -- I know they wanted their brake when they wanted it but hello CUSTOMERS COME FIRST NO IF ANDS OR...

Awesome prices, awesome customer service, the people that work there are very personable and friendly and very knowledgeable. For the hours they work, they never let their tiredness or the days frustration show when it comes to being there so long sometimes. With any Dollar Store, you all but end up living there. I will go out of my way or even wait til I get back "home" just to go to my DG. They've recently had a change in management and the store looks amazing! Whatever they did,...
