I recently had the pleasure of working with Morrice Florist for my intimate wedding (13 guests), and was blown away by the final product as well as the overall experience. From the very first interactions with Emily I knew I wanted to work with her for my wedding florals.

Emily met with us on two separate occasions in her shop talking us through her vision for our wedding dinner table and my bouquet. She was so generous with her time, laying out plates, and vases on a table to help us visualize what it could look like. She went back and forth with me leading up to the wedding as I made changes to the guest count and needed to add additional arrangements. Emily is so easy to work with and you can really feel how genuine she is. She is such a kind, sweet, caring person that it just gives you such a warm feeling when working with her.

On the day of our wedding Emily was the one who came to assemble the arrangements, candles and a mantle installation. She worked her magic so artfully and it was incredible to see it all come together. I received so many compliments on my bridal bouquet and it was photographed so beautifully! I love how Emily incorporates a lot of local seasonal flowers into her arrangements. My favorite thing about her flower arrangements is how wispy and natural they feel. There’s always something spilling out of one end and it has this very natural-free-flowing-feel that looks effortless but so thoughtfully done.

From the first call, to a date change, to the actual flowers, my entire experience working with Emily and her team was excellent. I was intentionally a little vague with what I wanted for my flowers because I felt I could trust Emily and her team with their talents and I'm so glad I did. My request for "bright pinks, oranges, and yellows" and "flowers of your choosing" was executed PERFECTLY. Every bouquet, table center piece, and the flower girl's flower crown were gorgeous and were exactly what I imagined they might be.

I really can't help myself from stopping in anytime I drive past Morrice Florist- even when I know it will make me sit in State Road traffic, I don't care this place is worth it! The store is so beautifully designed, and they always have something for everyone. Their flowers are always breathtaking, I personally really love their home goods especially the linen table settings and work aprons. Whenever I have a friend who is having a baby I immediately know I'm going here to get something for the baby as well as a hand printed robe & amazing smelling bar of soap for the mom.
