The one thing I didnt like was that we bought the groupon for the 12,000 ft jump. When making the reservation we were told to arrive at 8am. We asked about going up in the plane together, they said 2 people at a time only. They told us it would be about 3 hours.
We get there and we're told we can't do the 12,000 foot because my dad has limited vision. They dont do "extra cares" on those jumps. Also, the 12,000 jump goes later in the day.... so I don't understand why we had to arrive at 8am?! They also told us when we arrived that we had to climb out on the wheel of the plane and then jump. NONE of that info was mentioned at the time of making the reservation. Another group left because of that reason. We drove 1.5 hours so we ended up staying and upgrading to the 15,000 foot jump which allows for "extra cares" and allowed us to all go up in the same plane.
I just wish they told us we had the option to all go together. They should have explained there's limitations on who can jump at 12,000 feet and if we wanted to go together we would need the other package. They waited for everyone to get there to give this info. No one knew they'd have to climb out on the wheel on the plane - that turned several people off.
They then said it was going to be 4-6 hours, which was not what we were told. AND the other people weren't arriving until 10am so we had to sit and wait for them. The 15,000 foot jump goes before the 12,000 foot jump so we would have had to wait even longer if we stuck with the 12,000. Why did they say we needed to get there at 8am??

We booked 4 tickets initially and then they said one of us does not meet the weight requirement. It was very polite and nice till then. We traveled from north Carolina and were late by 15 minutes which is by 11:15 although our slot was at 2:PM. And then they were extremely rude when one of our friends asked for a swap the suite to a better looking suite, I mean we are paying 150 dollars to get our video, I think it's our basic right to ask for a good looking suite, There is this lady who collected our money for the jump when they told about the suite swap request I quote she said "Then I guess he is not gonna jump" in a very rude way.. We bared with it as we wanted to experience the jump but later it rained, it's not their mistake but we said we would wait till 2 o clock for our slot and see if the weather is gonna be good but they said the weather is not gonna be good and said us to take a leave, ok we left took our money back and stayed in our car to eat our lunch and 2 o clock struck and the weather was absolutely perfect so we head back in and requested for our jump but they said the pilot is not there. Read moreThe customer service rep/videographer, Brent, at the center had the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced at an establishment. After getting almost the entire class to upgrade the jump, he was visibly getting upset and irritated after 2 young ladies who do not live in Orlando wanted a refund because Brent told them that they weren’t guaranteed to jump today due to the weather. He started raising his voice after the 2 young ladies were confused as to why he had such a nasty and unprofessional deamenor. He stated that “no one else in the group had an issue with his attitude” and my friends and i spoke up to let him know that we agreed with them as well after watching how he handled those girls. After we stated our opinion, we began yelling and catching an attitude with us as well, and told us we had to either leave or reschedule, but either way he kept directing us to leave. We asked for a manager contact/ owner contact— he kept saying it was just him and that his owner would tell us the same. The only reason we are choosing to go through with this is because we still wanted to experience the jump & we drove 4 hours to be here.
