My mother has done business with this location since she moved here 4 yes ago, while there have been issues here and there that are mostly normal in businesses. The most recent is Disgusting. My mother called to speak with a young lady who helped her but was not able to remember her name. The manager answered the phone and my mother told him she could not remember her name so she Described her as a young african american woman with great customer service and beautiful nails. ( mom wanted to speak with her due to her amazing customer service) the manager then proceeded to belittle my mother, because apparently the younger generation ( as he said) takes offense to someone being described as a young african american woman with great customer service and beautiful nails, he was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. Said she should try harder to remember names. Maybe names could be remembered if they did not go through staff like they do underwear. This manager appears to be very ignorant. My mom had placed a new order ( with the young lady ) and the bill was showing online to be $10 more then she was told and this " younger generation manager" instead of correcting this as she told twice before he would, got rude and asked my mother if $10 is really that serious. so instead of doing his job. He'd rather be lazy an insult an older woman on a fixed income. well if $10 isn't that much? I feel like he should be able to go on there and pay it since he's too lazy to fix it. I did a payment plan at this location a little over a year ago and I will never return and advise everyone to shop around before coming here. I was paying on a 40 inch tv that all the sudden stopped working. When I took it in they said they'd fix it. I come back in 3 weeks later and they still haven't fixed it, but gave me a loner 32 inch tv... much smaller than the 40 inch, but it was only for the bedroom so I was okay with it for the time being. I called them multiple times throughout the next two months trying to figure out what was wrong with my tv and they just kept giving me the run around and they'd say they would call me back and never would. They even had the nerve to ask if I just wanted to keep the 32 inch tv even though I was paying for a 40 inch tv and was almost done with my payments. Finally they gave me a newer tv than the one I originally had but even after the HUGE hassle I went through I ended up with a 39 inch tv because they didn't have an 40 inch tvs and mine apparently couldn't be fixed... It took them 3 months to tell me that. You end up paying 2-3 times what the item is actually worth and they still try to screw you over, so it's better to just save up and buy a tv from Walmart on Black Friday or when you get your tax return and go to Farmer's Home Furniture for any furniture you may need! He had a small tire on the right arm of the chair but when they delivered it the arm on the left side was broke on the couch and the arm on the right side of the love seat was broke. The delivery guy tried to call the general manager. Zane and he did not answer the phone so The delivery guy said I will tell him when I get back to the office and have him call you that never happened. A month later I contacted him and told him the arms was broke on it. I got the extra insurance to pay for this couch which was $11.99 a month. He told me the small hole in the couch was already there. I said okay but The arm on the couch is broke and the arm on the loveseat is broke. He told me that he would not replace it because it was delivered like that and it was like that in the store Fast forward to January 28th 2025. The delivery guys came and got it because I called in and told him to they told me they'd never heard Zane talk to a customer like this and they were sure he would fix it if I wanted him to when they got back to the office. Zane calls me and tells me we have never had a conversation about this couch or loveseat. I said yes we have so he proceeds to scream at me that he could have fixed that. If I would have just told him that is not what he said. I have witnesses so I will not be taking this couch back and I will not tolerate him...
