Hands down, BEST service you could ever need at a dealership. 1st they don't waste your time, you be honest with them about what you want, regardless of credit etc , if they say they can do it, belive them. If they can't, they'll tell you. 2nd they made sure the car was 100% reliable before giving me possession of vehicle. 3rd you get a 10 year 150,000 mile power train warranty. 4th and this one is my favorite, my check engine light came on few days after purchasing, it was a sensor. A $500 sensor at that! So you know these wonderful kind people ordered that part themselves and is going to come to my house and change that sensor, free of charge! Mind you, this was an AS IS car and we all know how those work. They did NOT have to even offer to pay for this. But they did WITHOUT hesitation. That right there says alot about their character without saying a word! , Ole saying is, they good people! Proud to have them in our community! I'll always go back to them before going any where else for my auto buying needs. To be honest, they were my last choice when I was looking to purchase. They were so very friendly and helpful. I have had such a bad year with my husband being diagnosed with Cancer, then our house burnt down we lost everything, our car broke down, our animals died, our daughter got bitten by a dog, DFCS got involved and the list just keeps going on. Needless to say we didn't have much money and bad credit but they heard our story and went above and beyond to help us. We hadnothing no type of paperwork and stuff we needed and they worked with us to make sure we got a really nice and dependable vehicle. We kept thinking we were not getting one because we kept running into problems but they had our back and we're determined to help us. Looked like a nice lot with good looking inventory. The gentleman who greeted me was super friendly. Unfortunately due to scam they use in the mail flyers to get people in the door I don't think I'd want to do business with a company that uses such shady tactics. Just imagine the tricks played during a vehicle purchase . I normally don't fall for that stuff but times are hard and I needed groceries. Scratched their flyer and supposedly won $100 cash. I called and asked before going what the catch was to the $100 and was told nothing just bring the flyer and driver's license to match and validate code. Code was clearly for $100... But there is a whole nother code to match on a board at the dealership.
