Update* okay so finally had to use them for repair service... I have a 2008 Honda Shadow Aero 750cc that I been having issues with all year, I've used every bike shop around the area with no luck so finally had to suck it up and use these guys, I knew it was going to be expensive.. 🤷 but I was hoping I'd be treated right and it'd get fixed properly now. So after 3+ weeks I finally got the call telling me what the issues were, when they quoted me I told them on the phone that I just had new spark plugs put on not to long ago so those should be new and don't need replacing, they said okay and took it off the quote, instead when I showed up it was on the ticket that spark plugs were replaced and I was charged. 🤦 Anyways so took it home finally, now you'd think after 650 bucks it'd be in tip top shape, driving it home I noticed something was off. Whenever stopped gets really low sounding like it's about to drop and headlight gets dim, I rev the engine and it sounds like normal and headlight goes back to normal brightness. Even idling it sounds lower than it should be. Bunch of things it could be. It's just annoying I have to get it looked at again after a 650 bill where EVERYTHING should have been checked THROUGHLY. They should've noticed it before I did, as a beginner that's pathetic an experienced bike shop would over look that, I shouldn't have had to do anything else after getting it back from them. And of course I won't take it back cause it'll be another 3+ weeks before I get it back for something that should've already been addressed on the first ticket even if it's a small issue. We have always used mega motor sports for our atv needs and have bought multiple atvs there over the years. My husbands dad passed away and willed him his bike and his last wishes were to be carried to his favorite place in South Carolina for his ashes to spread there. His words to his son were “I want one last ride with you”. Before we went on a trip that far, the back tire had to be changed to be safe. I called on Tuesday and talked to Nick, he ordered the tire and said it would be here Wednesday and we could bring it Saturday and have it put on. He sent me to Jody and he said to have it there at 9:00 and they would get to it. I told him that was fine just as long as it is ready since we have to have it. Nick and Jody both assured me that it would be ready. We had the bike down there at 9:00 this morning and then Jody called my husband and said that there was no way that they could get to it today. My husband works in Atlanta and can’t get home in time to get it during the week. My family and I have always been loyal to mega motorsports for years and years and they couldn’t return the favor to me especially in a time of need to spread my father in laws ashes on a bike that he left my husband. Humanity and loyalty seem to be leaving us these days and it’s just not the way I was raised. I will drive well out of my way and will be a taking my future business elsewhere from now on. ...

After a few months of shopping I just purchased a 2020 Suzuki DR650 from Mega Motorsports. This was my second experience with the dealership, having recently gotten a 1999 Yamaha XT225 repaired there. Additional dealerships I had visited and/or gotten quotes from included ones in Gainesville, GA; McDonough, GA; Athens, GA; Seneca, SC and Chattanooga, TN.

I ultimately chose to do business with Mega Motorsports for the following reasons: (1) their price was very good; (2) the sales representative Shawn Guest and manager Shawn Westmoreland at MM were first rate; (3) the MM service department did an excellent job repairing my XT225; and (4) the shopping experience was always pleasant compared to some of the other dealerships.

I got the second lowest price at MM from all the dealerships contacted, and in one case the MM price was over $1000 less. I could have saved about $150 at one of the other dealerships on the new DR650 but that dealership interaction was not nearly as positive, and I worried that there might be trouble down the road if some warranty issue came up.

In summary, I strongly recommend that anyone shopping for a new MC or ATV include MM in their search. They have an excellent combination of very good prices, people, service and...
