Love this place. Always clean and neat, well lit, and the manager is easy to find and very helpful. **Edit... I USED to love it, and my former rating was five stars, but I had one negative experience recently. I needed an air compressor, but they didn't have in stock the particular one I wanted. An associate talked me into buying a different one that was on sale, though it was nearly $100 more than the one I wanted. I took it home, and it sat unopened in the garage while I tried to decide if I really wanted that one. After a week I decided to take it back, still unopened. The same guy was sorry to see me returning it but was again very helpful. Just before he processed the return to my credit card, he casually mentioned a restocking fee. I thought, "you are the one who talked me into buying something I really didn't want, so is it really fair to charge me for that?" But I didn't say anything, only asked how much. He replied, "38 dollars." I decided I really didn't want to be robbed of nearly $40 to recoup the store's "loss" of having to pay an employee to roll it to the back of the store, so I told the guy I was sorry, but I would probably not be returning to Harbor Freight, and I rolled the compressor back...

I can't say enough how much I love harbor freight. Seriously I should own stock in it at this point. Lol

Went to Harbor Freight to buy an item that I found a nice coupon for, drove 20-30 miles to get it and then couldn't retrieve the coupon.

After talking with the cashier, Brittany, the manager, Brandon came over and took the information and made a great decision. Instead of leaving a disgruntled customer to decide not to spend his money in Harbor Freight, Brandon decided to go the extra mile and research it himself. The result was to give me the coupon price.

My wife was able to retrieve the coupon as we left the store, but the story here is Brittany and Brandon, going old school and taking care of their customers.
