Bojangles — Restaurant in Toccoa

The food and service was terrible. My daughter wanted chicken for dinner. I placed my order. The chicken breasts were soggy and Luke warm the tenders were subpar and the only thing that was ok was the slaw. The customer service was garage. I paid for extra sauce and when we asked about it the lady in the drive through shut the window as my daughter was talking to her. She was very rude and hateful. For the amount of money I spend there and for the food to be awful is ridiculous. We won’t be ordering chicken dinners from them again. Even the mashed potatoes where cold lol and the gravy just wow. They didn’t even give us the right half gallon of drink we order. Even on our recipe it tells us what we ordered and still...

OMG!!!! This place was another first for me here in GA. I had been at my storage unit unloading a packed 26’ U-haul all night and as the night turned to morning I was starving! It was super early, small town, I was not looking forward to gas station food. But as I went out to look for food I seen this place was open and figured I’d give it a shot. When I returned back to my unit and got the food out, I really wasn’t expecting to much out of it. I figured it would be your average, choke down with a coke kinda drive through meal. I regularly come here thru the week and get a ham and cheese biscuit combo. This morning i wanted to grab a biscuit for myself and my mom so i added 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits to my regular order, along with a large tea. When they told me the total($25), i knew i messed up. At the window i had to ask them to take them back off because i didn't have enough on my card. They did, and were still nice about it. I didn't realize it when they handed me my bag, but they gave me the full order including the biscuits i couldn't pay for. Thank you guys so much, no other place would've done that and it was delicious!...
