I drove by the store and was so excited that someone had thought to open something like this in Toledo. I stopped in a few days later and was not greeted by the store attendant. She was having a conversation with a lady and although they seemed close, I assumed she may have been another customer. The lady left soon after and the attendant began another personal conversation with a man. I shopped around and because someone had told me about a product there specifically, I wanted to inquire about it. I stood about 5 ft away from the attendant waiting for a pause in her conversation to ask her a question. It took her a while to even acknowledge me. She did help me find what I was looking for but I was so turned off that I left. Although the concept of the store is a great idea, customer service goes a long way. When someone comes into the store, simply greet them. Ask them if this is their first visit and if they are looking for anything in particular. Be excited about your interaction with the customer. This is not a convenience store. Its a place more personal so have a little more customer...

I got to stop in this past weekend for the Makers Mart held here and fell in love. I love being able to find things that can’t be bought mass produced everywhere else, and I left this event with items that truly felt special and have me excited about owning them. A friend and I saw that they offer crafting classes here and are super excited to check those out, as well as stopping in to the shop on a normal day to see what we can find. I have been meaning to stop in here for ages and am so glad I was finally able to. The environment was amazing, and it was such a fun place...
