Visited this store to pick out a suit for an event and future events salesperson was good and everything seemed to be going good. Jacket fit well along with pants and shirt then I was given a pair of shoes to try on and clearly they were used they had scuffs on side and heal, the bottoms were worn and had definite signs of use we told the salesperson we liked the shoes so he put them into the box and and started towards the counter until my wife told him she wanted new shoes that haven't been worn, he said these haven't been worn except for people to try on to see if pants length was correct but clearly they have been worn considerably more so was told he had to order them then he looked up the shoes to find out they had another pair in stock great and they weren't used. Then when checking out the wife asked for a black bag one bag it 40 dollars another is 3 dollars after spending over 600 dollars you would think they could include a bag not even the 40 bag a 3 dollar bag would of been good and not just the sheet of plastic like they put on cloths after dry cleaners but no they charged us for it any way to nickel and dime you im embarrassed for the company also while checking out I was asked if I wanted to donate toward something that has to do with veterans so I asked if they offer some kind of military discount since they are collecting for a veteran cause why not ask the salesperson snaps back thank you for your service but no they don't have veterans discount. Again you will take donations for veteran's but don't offer a veterans discount but you want people to donate really way to use the veterans for your benefit a tax write off im embarrassed for you. No I won't be going back to any mens warehouse again and not because of the service but since you like to exploit veterans for your benifit enjoy your tax break and the 3 dollars for the bag that honestly could easily and should be given to customers that drop over 600 dollars for a suit at the price of the suit you could afford to give the 40 dollar bag...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! Where to begin. My groomsmen and husband were due to pick up their tuxes Thursday before our wedding. I get a call from my groomsmen at 2 pm stating that he went there to get his tux and they informed him it was not there. They were at the hub in Georgia and something got messed up and they will not to be able to pick them up until Friday afternoon. Also they had ordered him a tux 4xs to large for him and he had to be re measured. I felt terrible for him because he took a half day vacation to go get it because this tux store is an hr and 15 mins away! So he wasted his time AFTER receiving that phone call from my groomsmen... Mens Wearhouse decides to call me around 3. To tell me my tuxes were not there and I could pick them up Friday afternoon. They got an ear full. They waited until someone showed up to pick up a tux to call me. Knowing all day those tuxes were not there. They wasted a lot of peoples time and money because of the gas alone driving there. (3 more were in route to get them but I had to tell them to turn around). Because of this mess up this caused my husband to be late to his own rehearsal dinner because he had to drive over and hour to go get them and almost 2 hrs from Toledo to our venue. Because it was afternoon before they called and said they were in. oh and one of my groomsmen had a wrong color vest! After the wedding I had called and asked if I could drop the tuxes off Tuesday because I had an appointment that day ( So I wasn't making two trips) The man I talked to said it's fine as long as I communicated on where they were at I would be ok. I go to drop them off and a lady gets really snotty with me and says ummm these are 2 days late and you owe a late fee per day. I told her I had talked to someone and was told I would be fine. She gets really snotty and argues with me... at the end I just walked out without paying anything but still that was the MOST HORRIBLE experience ever. Made my big day so stressful due to their faulty systems and lack of...

Buy a suit anywhere else and have a professional tailor fit you. My experience was awful. I had to make six separate trips over a month in a half to get two suits.
My first trip: I was incorrectly fitted for a 46R when I am a 44R. The salesman was abhorrently rude during the whole experience and pushed a pair of shoes on me. The wait time was two weeks for tailoring and the store was transitioning to a new location across the street.
My second, third and fourth trip: During the transitioning my suits did not get tailored at all. I mean nothing was done. Mind you, I am wearing size 40 pants when I normally wear 36 and a 46 jacket when I wear a 44. I needed at least one suit by the end of the week for a wedding Saturday. I demanded that at least one suit be rushed. They inconveniently had one suit ready by my Wednesday but said I would need to come back Thursday for the second suit. The suit jacket for the weekend was still too large. So they swapped the 46 jacket for the correct 44R.
My fifth and six trip: I went to pick up my second suit, and I was admittedly angry. I didn't waste my time trying on the suit and left. The suit jacket was ridiculously big through the midsection. Trying to tailor a jacket that is too big is ridiculous. I made contact with the manager to have them order the correct size jacket. Days later it came in.
Sitting in my office today, the hem on my first suit is starting to come undone.
If you need to buy a suit here that is fine. Just don't let...
