This was my first time eating at Longhorn. I don’t eat meat and I have a shellfish allergy and so my options were very limited compared to everyone else. I ordered the spinach dip, strawberry walnut salad, Brussels sprouts and mash potatoes. To my surprise everything was very tasty and I really enjoyed it. We were relatively near the kitchen and could see everyone coming in out and it looks to what have been a lot of off duty staff coming in having conversations with on duty staff. I could see one of their off duty staff standing in the door entry of the kitchen with his foot out of his shoe holding the wall. That was not a good thing to see. Although my order was ok, my friends orders were wrong and incomplete and the waitress had to take it back to the kitchen several of times including a burnt steak when asked for medium well, the waitress was nice but definitely dropped the ball because instead of reporting back to assure them everything was being taken care of she disappeared from the table for a long period of time and or would walk pass the table and not address the corrections and update the ETA on their meals. One of my friends never received her meal until we all were done eating and had to eventually take her food to go. The manager would eventually be called after several attempts of trying to get the food correct and offered half off on everyone’s meal.

If you’re pulling up to LongHorn, listen up: you NEED Kristen as your server. No, seriously, this girl’s got main character energy. From the moment she said “hi,” I felt like I was her entire world—even though it’s 9 PM and she’s probably been dealing with crusty customers all day. She’s out here serving vibes and plates. Let me tell you, Kristen is a straight-up hustler. I came in thinking I’d grab one little thing, and next thing I know, I’m walking out like I just filmed a mukbang. She’s the kind of smooth-talking salesperson who could convince you to buy a bridge, and you’d be like, “Yeah, sounds good, where do I sign?” Now I’m leaving happy, stuffed, and probably one good meal away from being rolled out like Violet Beauregarde. Worth it. Also, Kristen is hilarious. She cracked jokes like we were mutuals who’ve been DMing memes for years. She hit that perfect balance of roasting me just enough while still keeping my fragile ego intact. She’s serving fast service, good food, and entertainment. Honestly, the way she juggles everything? Iconic. TL;DR: Kristen’s the GOAT. If you come to LongHorn and don’t request her, you’re missing out. I’ll be back (probably 10 pounds heavier) because she just turned me into a regular. Kristen, you ate—and so did I.

LongHorn Steakhouse has become one of my favorite dining spots, and it’s easy to see why. The service is consistently exceptional, and the food never fails to impress. I typically dine at LongHorn at least once a week, and each visit is a testament to the high standards they maintain. Grace, who is often at the bar or working the floor, is an outstanding member of their team. She’s my go-to server, and her warm personality and professionalism elevate the entire experience. Whether you’re sitting at the bar or in her section, you’re in for top-notch service. When it comes to the food, LongHorn delivers every time. My favorite meal is the ribeye steak, perfectly cooked and enhanced with caramelized onions for an extra layer of flavor. I usually pair it with Brussels sprouts, sMac & cheese and their creamy spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. This meal, enjoyed with a long pour of Riesling wine, is a true treat. For a lighter option, I recommend the blackened salmon served with rice pilaf and Brussels sprouts—a delicious and well-balanced choice. The team at LongHorn is fantastic across the board, making every visit feel special. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try—you won’t be disappointed! Photos will be uploaded this week .

I asked for a medium steak because they say to order medium when you want medium well and my steak was between raw and medium. So I ate around the edges which were cooked more than the inside and brought the rest home so I could finish it and have it tomorrow. But the parts that I was able to eat was very delicious. They have great food it's just my steak was under done and I didn't get enough toppings on my baked potato. Other than that I loved it. They have wonderful food, it's just now that I know to order medium well next time.

This is a new review since my last one and I did not order steak this time. I ordered parmesan crusted chicken with a half rack of baby ribs and a baked potato which still didn't have enough toppings to my liking and an order of mac and cheese. This was so delicious and so much food that I ended up bringing most of it home. I also ordered a slice of cheesecake with caramel and pecans and I'm going to have that with my leftovers tomorrow. My mom ordered a steak and she asked for it to be medium well and it was barely medium. It was so pink that I thought I saw some blood on her plate. My mom cannot stand any pink meat and she asked for it to be well done and she got it barely cooked except for the Seer on the outside. So this time I was satisfied with my meal, but somebody in my party was not. Everybody else was also satisfied with theirs. If the restaurant reads these reviews could you please let your staff know to double-check a steak when somebody says they want it medium well it usually means they want no pink at all not a steak that's still bleeding and closer to being rare than being even medium. My mom did not want to be a burden by returning the steak and she ate it even though she was grossed out by it. She shouldn't have to do that. The last time I was there I was willing to bring the rest of mine home and finish cooking it but she got such a small steak that it wasn't worth doing that because then she wouldn't have had anything to eat while we were there. We love coming to your restaurant and my mother swears by your brussel sprouts and tells everybody that if they love brussel sprouts they have to come to you even if that's all they order to go is brussels sprouts that they won't be disappointed. We just wish they would figure out the difference between medium well and medium rare when cooking a...

I went to this location for my 40th birthday dinner on 12/21/21. It was the worst experience I ever had. First of all, I called the day before to make a reservation for my family of about 14. I was told that I had to be in the restaurant to put my name on the list. On my birthday, I called at least 5 times to confirm and to see if I could speak with a manager to see if a special accommodation could be made, but no one answered the phone. My brother gets there first to reserve seating for us and he’s told that we can’t have more than ten people and the other four would have to sit somewhere else in the restaurant. I spoke with 2 managers and they were not willing to accommodate me and my family on my 40th birthday. I was so upset. I decided to still stay since I’d already told people where we were eating. To make matters worse, they ran out of food! They were out of chicken, shrimp, fries, and appetizers! It was a Tuesday night!!! Our waitress came back like five times stating what they were out of and we had to change our order. The steak they served was thin and flat! We waited like 30 minutes after we ordered for salads and rice and chicken tenders. My sister ordered a half slab of ribs that were to come with her combo. Kitchen staff had our waitress come out and ask my brother if he’s ok with them cutting the full slab of ribs he ordered so they could fulfill my sisters order. I was outdone. A male manager came to our table but he was so nonchalant about the whole ordeal. No discount nor apology was given. We visit this location often at least once a month, including curbside to go; and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I chose this place to celebrate my special milestone birthday and it was honestly the worst birthday dinner ever. The good part is at least my family is understanding and resilient and we made the best out of it, but we won’t be dining here or ordering takeout again from...

If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. My husband ordered chicken with mashed potatoes. I had a soup and salad and an appetizer, but we asked for the appetizer to come out with the meal. There were max six tables in the whole place. We ordered a plain cheeseburger well done to go that’s at 2:55 at 3:20. I’m now asking to speak to a manager because the burger still wasn’t ready and we had asked her about it several times. she brought us the first bill at 3:05. She ended up taking the appetizer off because it was stone cold and rubbery. Brought us another ticket 308 and once again I had checked to ask for the burger she says oh it’s working, mind you it’s only a plain burger with cheese cooked well done so at this point it’s now 318. I asked to speak to a manager manager comes over at 3:20 and he proceeds to try to tell me it takes 15 minutes to cook a hamburger well done that’s funny. I cook them well done all day long at home four to 5 minutes on each side and they’re cooked all the way through. And even at that we had already been waiting 25 minutes for the burger that we ordered. Manager brought it finally! This reminded us why we hadn’t been there in a while and why we don’t plan on going back. The service is terrible. The management is rude. He tries to tell me well if I would’ve known sooner I would’ve done something about it. I’ve only been here for 10 minutes, weird shift if you came in at 3:15 🙄. I said well that’s funny. We’ve been asking about it since 305. Somebody should’ve said something to you! We will not be back and if I wouldn’t have already written it out and given her a tip, I would not have given her a penny she didn’t bring us one thing, runners did. we had all the dirty dishes on our table that the host ended up offering to Take of our table. No excuse! I have no idea how this...
