I received a pandora bracelet for my birthday from my s.i.l. and niece for my birthday but I was unsure how to get it open and how it worked. I approached the woman at the counter where there was another woman who was behind the counter with her trying on a bunch of bracelets etc. As I was trying to ask the woman questions she was not even giving me her full attention. I was even thinking of possibly purchasing some charms at the time but because they seemed so interested in each other and the bracelets the one was playing with and trying on and just took mine and left. They just dont seem very customer oriented. I used to be a store manager for 18 yrs and customer service is absolutely the key to running a business because without customers you have no business. O was working on filling it when I recently place over a $300 order with them and only recieved two charms.
