Although I brought a photo with me for the stylist to follow, the haircut I ended up with wasn't even close. I also asked her to cut jagged or feathered bangs. I saw her use a special scissor to do this but examining my bangs this morning, I see that whatever she did, my bangs are no shorter in length than when I went in and the ragged or feathered look I wanted turned out to be nothing more than a hopeful dream on my part. I thought about going back to have my bangs trimmed but I'm afraid of another disappointing outcome. Next time I'll opt for the place down the road that advertises a Master stylist and hope...

Made me wait 25 min for a scheduled cut, then made excuses that it was my fault! Hair cut was rushed and no effort put into it...kept trying to convince me to dye my almost black hair!
