I called to place 100$+ order today for myself and my coworkers. We have gotten food before (spending 100$’s if not 1000$+ every week) and I liked the food fine. Orders messed up often but if I drive back they fix what they messed up. However, today was something I had never experienced at any restaurant. Ever. I’m listing off the several items we were ordering (multiple pizzas, chicken tenders, salads etc) and I asked the person taking the order to read it back to me to make sure we got it all and that it was correct. He says I don’t have time you read it back. I said “no problem” and then proceeded to list everything back. He said ok. Then I asked how much it was, since we were all paying cash. He says to me, no exaggeration, “I don’t know I’m not a robot” I said “well since we are paying cash can you give just like an estimate please” he said “no you know what, I don’t want your order, I’m busy, I have customers, go call somewhere else” and then he hangs up on me. I went to tell my coworkers what happened and then I procedure to call back, asking if he’s sure he doesn’t want to take my order and he said several rude things and hung up on me. Thankfully my coworkers listened in on the second call as witnesses, because it was so bizarre and borderline unbelievable. I was not rude in any way while placing the order. This was just incredibly strange and unprofessional. I have a hard time believing this place will remain open for long if good customers will be treated like this. I will NEVER eat food...

I can't believe how over priced and how cheap restaurants are now a day with the toppings. They charge you a premium price for toppings they cut as thin as a razor blade. Sure you put the toppings on and don't over do it. Lol But what's on the pizza you can't even taste. But that's not why I'm writing a review. I also ordered a Italian grinder. I can't believe you're so cheap that there were no tomatoes on it Sure you put a inch and a half of shredded lettuce. Lol. Seriously you guys. I won't be back and I've been going to you for 40 years. Tc. I saw your reply. You need to separate yourself and have pride. Seriously if I'm paying for toppings on pizza. I want to actually taste them and see them. I'll pay the price. Stop pretending that you're giving me the toppings that I paid to taste that you give me slivers of. Noooo. I...

I ordered takeout 3 times from this place and my order was wrong every single time (grinders or pizza… not complicated). So I stopped going. It had been awhile since I’d gone so figured I would try again and this time was given someone else’s order completely . I once again again had to drive back and was offered no compensation whatsoever for their mistake… they have never once even given me a discount for wasting my time. the girls at the counter are at least apologetic but the owner couldn’t be bothered…. He laughed when I said I wouldn’t be returning. Foods not nearly good enough to keep going back for the headache… I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go...
