We have a 3 year old son who has done a number on our 2019 Toyota Camry over the years. Recently he spilt a full bottle of chocolate milk in the seat next to his car seat. His mom was driving and didn’t realize it had spilt on the seat and it had a chance to soak in pretty good. This obviously caused a horrible smell that we could not deal with. The inside and outside looked fine, nothing extraordinary. However, the interior windows were a smeared up mess. It wasn't noticeable until a sunny day, and then I almost couldn't see. I've contacted the owner, Tyson, several times about the messy windows. He said he thought I was going to take care of the windows myself because I said "I can make a smeary mess myself." When I told him that I wasn't, he said that he'd take care of the problem. I've continued to send him text messages and he never replies. Small business run by a very humble and grateful dude! I called so many places that wanted to charge almost $200 for some light vacuuming, but when I spoke to Tyson he seemed very enthusiastic and made me feel like he would do a good job & he did! He offered to pick up and drop off the car, which was very nice! When I called he booked me for the very next day! I payed the bare amount that other places would have charged me to do very little, and I definitely got my monies worth. My car looks better than it did when I bought it!
