Very unprofessional! I Had an appointment for a warranty repair for my Frigidaire refrigerator that is only 8 months old. I gave the company the code that was displayed on the screen and awaited my appointment that was a week away. The technician want in my home 2 minutes and left. He stated that because the unit had not been plugged in for over 24hrs there was nothing he could do. If this is the case you should inform your customer ahead of time. I explained that the unit had completely shut down so naturally we unplugged it because we were concerned there maybe faulty wiring. He also stated he couldn't get to the unit and "they" didn't move thing out, that was my responsibility. So I started wiggling it out to plug it in to show him nothing was happening and before I could finish he was out the door. When I called the office with my concerns the lady was very rude and continued to interrupt me as I was trying to speak, when I asked if she was going to let me finish she stated you already spoke with my technician. Her next available appointment was two weeks out, again I expressed my concerns considering it took over a week for the first appointment she than told me to find another technician and hung up the phone. FYI just because you use the word ma'am doesn't mean you're not being rude. I advised him that someone named Steve had left a hand written note in my mailbox to call about a replacement part for a new stove on a house we just purchased. I unfortunately did not find the note until yesterday 10/19/25 to give them a call.
When I explained what was happening. Mark had no clue what was happening or what I was talking about. I sent him the hand written notes through text as he seemed like I was lying to him. He said âThis seems sketchy. Iâm going to call Steve and find out whatâs going on. This is not how we do businessâ
Mark called me back 5 minutes later and was almost yelling and he kept saying that my âlandlordâ was not helpful and they already sent the part back and he was angry because he wasted the techs time and money on sending the part back. I asked if he would be able to assist me and not the seller any longer and he was so upset about loosing out from my âlandlordâ he no longer wanted my business.

They called and wanted me to talk to a "technician" about my problem because the said that I would be charged $125 if nothing was found wrong. I explained the problem to the "technician" and explained that I had read the owner's manual and online documentation. I told him how it was supposed to work (according to the G.E. website) and he told me that he had never heard of that! It was obvious that he had no clue about this particular model.
