United States Postal Service — Local services in Tolono

This post office is joke. After 20 years they decided to take my name off the post office box. Said I was not legally put on the box. Didn't get a notification to have us come in and update any information. I understand you need to go by the rules but I would think that means getting a notice. There has been many people in Tolono that have had nothing but problems with this post office since this Post Master has taken over. Even employees transferred or retired because of her. Thank you Tolono post office for making my life hell since I now have to straighten everything out with my health insurance and other things since you sent all my mail back. I watched the delivery person pull away from my mailbox and walked out to retrieve my mail. There on the ground was a package from Amazon that had been run over. As there were no other vehicles on the road and our mailbox is actually off the main road, it was clear that the driver was responsible. It's possible that the package had been delivered by UPS before the USPS driver arrived and not delivered by the USPS. Either way, it's typical of the lazy and irresponsible attitude we've come to expect from this particular post office. Today I had the most wonderful experience. I called at 3:28, 2 minutes before they closed, and the gentleman who answered the phone recognized my name as having a package there and offered to stay the couple of minutes it would take me to get there!

I understand that many of the complaints I see might be tied to a particular postal worker who may be no longer there. The service I received was very warm and professional.
