The Cobra offers an affable mild mannered, heavy-handed barkeep with excellent social expertise. (Very reminiscent of a local English pub or ale house.)

Patrons are sophisticated, urbane and worldly. Horseplay and Tomfoolery are also strictly prohibited resultant in a truly satisfying experience for all.
