This has just been an overall poor experience. I w Switched my lines over from Verizon. In store they refused to let me look at the plans I had to insist several times⦠. The guy first said $222 ⦠I said no I was quoted $120 online. Which I was via their customer service rep⦠He said he fixed it thatās what I was getting plus obviously fees. Hey guess what my bill is? $222 minus my $30 in trade insā¦. My caller id was set up with my First and last name which I very explicitly told them not to do on my business phonesā¦. Thanks for thatā¦. . I couldnāt get into my account was not given my account number and my email address like everything else was also put in incorrectly so I didnāt receive my fan pin. This took several hours which I was super patient about only for nothing to be done correctly again I could look past that but be being charged $100 more a month then I agreed to? Nope. I went to Verizon across the street where the sales reps were rude and crazy, one of them came out to my car where I was on the phone with a Verizon agent because I had questions I couldn't get answered inside, opened my door, yelled at me something about her husband and her phone slammed the door and stormed off back into the store. To weird and offensive for me, as I left Verizon parking lot I seen AT&T and thought I might as well check and see what they have to offer . I am so glad I did. The reps were friendly attentive and didn't make me feel like i was a bother to them. They helped me decide what phone I want and what service from what provider I wanted that would best fit my needs and desires.
