Verizon — Local services in Tomah

For a phone you didn't buy in the store, they won't serve you very well. First, the service guy started pocking without making sure where card pop location was. He left two scatches marks on my brand new phone. Second, they couldn't get the phone activated.Without further troule shooting, they made conclusion that my phone is compatible with verizo. I came home searched verizon website which you can find an IMEI number and phone model check for compatibility with verizon which said my phone should work for verizon. This is something someone works for this service everyday should know better. But two of the service guys in this store didn't know. Third, I run system update later. Now my phone starts with "Hello Verizon". This is also a service person should know but I have to figure out myself. We would like to pay extra money to use the service because we want to save the frustration which we gained more frustration by going there dealed with those not well trained...

Very disappointed with the service from this store, my wife and I went in to get her a new phone with no acknowledgement from the staff at all. We waited over an hour while the 2 employees were working with the same 2 customers. Three other couples came in the store also during the time we were waiting with no acknowledgement waited a while then left. After waiting over an hour we finally got asked by one of the employees what they could do for us. We told them we wanted a specific phone and were told they didn't have it and it would be about 4 days before they would have it in without apologies for having to wait. We left the store very disappointed and will never go back again. We then drove to the Verizon store in lacrosse and was in and out of the store in 20 minutes with a new phone and better...

2021 - Jerry is AMAZING!!! Walked in expecting bad news for a broken phone. Walked out with new phones, a better plan, and a ton of great discounts!!

2022 - Lara is fantastic!!! I got absolutely no where with my phone call to get answers on a billing issue this morning. Walked in and sat down with this lovely lady and I was flooded with all the answers I needed! She also found a bunch of great products for my family and my business, that I had been searching for with very little luck. Now I'm all set and very pleased with Tomah in store staff!!

2023 - Something new every year I suppose. Dylan is absolutely awesome!! He has been more than helpful on more than 1 occasion. Always digging to find the very best options for my family, my business, and our ever growing/changing needs!...
