After 20 yrs I finally needed my class ring resized, I was told we had a new jewelry store in town so I decided to stop in and see what it was like...Wow it was nothing I expected to be honest, you know how you sometimes get that weird feel like you dont belong in them fancy jewelry shops..ya not here. Melissa and Kirk are amazing people, down to earth and make you feel welcome! I explained what I needed done, Kirk used the laser they have to check what my ring was made of. My ring being made out of stainless steel might not be an easy job or one that cld be done, but I left my ring feeling it was in good hands. In good hands it was!! When I got my ring back I almost cried, it was beautiful, shiny and it fit perfectly!! You cant even see where it was resized at all not even a scratch! I cldnt be happier!! I'm so glad I decided to go to Bertram's! I will definitely be back! If you haven't been there yet you need to stop in and see the beautiful jewelry they have, they make custom jewelry as well and it is gorgeous!! Over New Year's I received a beautiful rose gold and emerald ring which had become bent and scratched after a door slammed into my hand yesterday. I took it to Bertram's right away and they were friendly and very helpful. They were able to put the ring back into its proper shape immediately and expressed a concern over the quality of the material in the ring since it was stamped 10k but was clearly dipped since silver was showing underneath the scratches. We contacted the seller sharing those same concerns and it turns out that they sent the wrong ring! My boyfriend paid for a $400 ring and they sent a $40 knock-off by mistake. The company is going to send us the correct ring but you best believe I'll be bringing it in to Bertram's for verification it's real;) So incredibly grateful for Bertram's Jewelry Studio's help, trained eye, and honesty! I recently lost the center stone of my wedding band and decided to take it to Bertram’s to see how they could take the original band and create it into a new custom piece. We told them what we were picturing, and they completely nailed the design! They were able to send a 3D printed band first to see if we liked how it was designed before they created the real ring. I was amazed at how they were able to use the stones and metal from my original ring and completely transform it! Their communication was wonderful! I can’t say enough about how easy they made this whole process! I am super thankful and won’t go anywhere else for any jewelry...
