Went to the store to close out my mothers account as she recently passed away, and was told we would need to be put on a waiting list, which was fine and understandable considering COVID. However, while waiting in our car we saw and heard one of the employees come out and grab a customer who had gone in after us to be put on the list and state that she could help him because she did not know it was him... I can’t express hard or loud enough to never ever go to most likely any US cellular but particularly the one in Tomah! We were a very satisfied Cricket Customer and walked into US cellular to see what they could do for us! Not only do they not give you any kind of free phone for being a new customer but they also tell you your cell phone bill is going to be a certain amount ($119a month) and then so far in 11 months I haven’t seen it be cheaper than $170 a month! And of course, every time I call to have them help rectify this terrible situation no one does anything! Please do not go...
