I dealt with an associate who didn't know the first thing about a product and tried to sell me a magic cord and then stubbornly said I was wrong after I said I think it takes batteries. The same associate proceeded to tell me they don't take coupons on ornaments. Initially I left with my purchase but realized this is one of those times where if you don't do something about how you are treated you're letting it become the standard. I read the box and coupon confirming that I was correct in both instances (battery powered and no exclusion for ornaments on the coupon)went back and returned my purchase. Lucky for me I got to deal with the same associate who offered no apologies and when asked again about the coupon stated it was a store policy. I rate it 1 star only because they had the item I wanted and 0 stars isn't an option.

In short, go here if you're looking for an ignorant and rude associate and don't want to use your coupon because the store has added exclusions not shown on the coupon. I can guarantee they have not and will not get a...

Beyond turned off from the Spring location. I received an email stating on 12/12 at 9:30am the Rachael's Hallmark stores would a large Vera Bradley tote available for $30! I went to the store, at 9:20am and was advised - VERY RUDELY, the bags were already sold out because they allowed customers to come in BEFORE the sale and reserve them early with a credit card. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business practice! Why even bother having a "sale" when you are going to allow customers to come in, days in advance, to reserve with a credit card. I was a dedicated customer that was burnt in the wrong way! I will never be back and I will advise all my coworkers, family and friends (who frequent this location VERY often) to never give their business to you again! P.S. find a new manager, the one that was working 12/12/14 in the AM was completely unprofessional and rude - she advised me to "not even bother the other stores, they all are sold out because they allowed customers to do the same thing!" in a VERY...

I would give negative stars. Staff is rude and condescending just as many others have stated. Apparently they are related to manager or Owner because everything is someone else’s fault. It is not like this store has great inventory- terrible card selection. I was the only customer in the store - they didn’t have change-apple pay was not working except they said it was my phone (of course). Their idea of being helpful was for me to go get change. My husband and I went to this store for all occasions and spent a good amount of money. When I asked them about manager - she isn’t here today. She very well should be to oversee these girls running off her customers. I said I would think your manager would not want lose a sale like this - she smarted off again stating “you don’t know anything about us”. I do know this I will never spend another cent in this or any other...
