El Kiosko — Restaurant in Texas

This place has gone downhill with customer service!!! Stood inside for about 5-8 minutes waiting for one of the ladies to acknowledge us. They just kept zipping back and forth. They took 2 customers orders in front of us. It’s not like we were standing in the wrong spot or anything. Then another lady comes in and they took her order and then the lady said she would be back to pick it up so at this point we were the only 2 customers left in the building so she says are you guys ready to order!!!!!!!!! Like wow really we have been ready for the entire time. I proceeded to explain to the lady what the problem was and she kept smiling and laughing cause she had no idea what I was saying or something. Customer service is sup-par. Have visited when it was packed and empty. Either way, the customer service is slow and very unengaged. I waited 20+minutes for my family to get our food. 2 items out of the 4 were just ice cream. The store itself is tiny (not their fault). But they don't keep it clean. We had to clean off our own table and step on Granola and ice cream on the floor. Food is good and pretty fresh but it doesn't really make up for the bad experiences. May have to try a different location.

I live el kiosko! They have a lot of locations, and I recommend their snow cones! Their snow cones taste like their from real fruit cause they are, unlike most snow cones that taste like sugar. They also have cantaloupe explosions, Mexican street corn, hot Cheetos with cheese and corn, nachos, natural juice, smoothies, popsicles with custom toppings, ice cream with custom toppings, and fruit cups with custom toppings!
