The most recent reviews are the most accurate of the store right now. Was recently there and the cashier who helped me was not only RUDE but had a snarky attitude and was completely unprofessional. Right when I got in this cashier got ruder and ruder towards the end when I asked if I could speak with the manger I was told the manger wasn't in and wouldn't be in all day. I found that unsettling, why would a manger of a franchise store leave two little high schoolers alone? Christ. When I asked how can I leave a message the cashier said a smart ass remark like " Oh, I can't give his personal number out." UH? Really? NO, I wasn't asking for his personal number I was asking for a way to leave a message. The cashier didn't even know the store number to call and simply said "oh just look online." How unprofessional can you get? Yeah I know this is just some high school job but Christ put a little effort in for once your life. When I was leaving I heard the cashier say something along the lines of "whats with everyone today or why is everyone so rude?" etc. Yeah maybe if you're constantly getting upset customers, it's YOU and your ATTITUDE. Will not be coming back, terrible service, it was a terrible smoothie too, all in all this place has really gone down hill.
