My family is and has been a customer of Walgreens well over umpteen years...Requested to transfer medication to Pinehurst location from Tomball location closer to my residence. Upon this request the Pharmacist, Raman Baath was uncooperative and unprofessional; she complained what ALL she had to do to transfer prescriptions, I told her my information and where my prescriptions were then asked her what else she needed from me. She kept repeating what she had to do and seemed put out and finally said no she would not transfer. Complained to Manager, Chris Aiken and he told us he would handle it so we left. We called a week later because no one contacted us to follow-up, no resolution. Went to Tomball location was informed by that pharmacist we had to make the transfer request at the Pinehurst Location. After more calls finally spoke with Walgreen’s Corporate Office and was informed the Pharmacist can pick and choose which/who's prescriptions’ to fill even if you have a prescription at another location because of their license. Just boggles my mind why a simple transfuse came to this so I have come to the conclusion this is an isolated event and have since submitted a grievance with the Pharmacy Board because this particular pharmacist, Raman BAATH dose not adhere or practice her oath and in my opinion discriminating customers and using her Power as a pharmacy topic and...
Read moreThis pharmacy has the worst customer service EVER. My kid's RX needed a Prior Authorization, and her doctor's office got it on the same day.I called and kept hearing from them that the medication wasn't approved by her insurance; which that was not the case. The doctor's office called to check the status, they were told that they didn't have the NDC number, so the doctor's office faxed it over with the Prior Authorization that same day it was requested. Fast forward to today 10 days later; my child's doctor's office got another request of authorization. So, the nurse at the clinic called to find out what was going on; the pharmacy informed the nurse that they didn't have the medication in stock and the pharmacy having known this didn't bother to call me or the clinic to let us know this important information. I took my kid to the doctor within plenty of time for her medication to be refilled; now she's out of medication thanks to their poor customer service and lack of communication. The pharmacists don't even give a damn what their techs do, the customers are needing medication yet they are failing on their part to follow through to give the service they were hired to provide. I have been using Walgreens my entire life, but not anymore. I'm definitely changing pharmacies, and taking my...
