I normally really enjoy the speciality brew I get here, but today made me never want to come again.
I asked a cold drink no ice. They tried to hand me a drink that was half empty. I was shocked and demanded a full drink.
They tried to explain some nonsense to me and i wasn't having it. They wanted me to compensate for more ice in my drink and I just wanted to leave.
Go to Sonic, Starbucks,McDonald's, even a restaurant, and they won't ever fill your drink less because you asked for no ice. If I was to ask for a water with no ice I'm sure they wouldn't have done that to me.

Ended up stopping for a Matchamoto(matcha latte with white chocolate) and I’ve been hooked. I didn’t catch the worker’s name, but I was super impressed when he remembered all five drinks without writing it down. The wait time wasn’t long and even it it was I wouldn’t care!!! I HIGHLY recommend giving Perks a try as they have a bunch of items on their menu and they also offer countless flavors for whatever...
