Beyond disgusted!!! I ordered fries with the chicken tenders for my kids, instead I got OLD Mac n cheese. I called to report their mistake, instead the manager argued with me unprofessionally. When I returned to the location, She decided to ignore me till she was ready to address the issue instead of trying to fix their lazy mistake. I asked if she would eat this or serve this to her kids, with no reply she threw fries on the counter and ignored the question. The Mac n cheese was unrecognizable, the burnt part looked like gravy and was definitely not edible and I was not going to serve this to my 4 year old. She never asked if I wanted a refund nor did I ask due to her rude attitude. When I was trying to give my son a portion of the strawberry Fanta in a cup he spotted a hair in the Popeyes cup and sure enough there is a hair!! I am totally disappointed in the way the manager handle the issue and even more disgusted in their idea of serving food the way I received it tonight. My recommendation to anyone, is to stay away from this location it has done nothing but gone downhill since this manager has been employed here. In my opinion the manger did not handle this professionally at all and should be fired immediately because she is not setting a good example for the younger employees that work around her. DO NOT place an order through the mobile app, it took 55-60 minutes before I had my food. Please do yourself a favor and skip this location and drive the extra 8 minutes to the location in Tomball.

I placed my order around 7 pm before leaving the house. I arrived 15 minutes later and realized I forgot to order 1 combo off my order. I placed the combo order at the drive through and informed them I was also picking up my mobile order. 15 minutes later I get my combo from the pickup window, but I'm told my mobile order is not ready yet.

I go inside and am repeatedly told "It's almost ready"... it took another 30 minutes before I had food in hand. When my order was finally ready, I notice that half of my order was missing.

It wasn't an exceptionally busy evening and they had plenty of staff (~8 people working). What was my complicated order that took so long you ask? 4 sandwiches and 2 fries... The food itself was good, but not nearly worth the time and...

I would give this play zero stars if I could! I waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Got to the drive up speaker was told to wait. waited another five minutes until they finally took my order. They charged me four dollars for a piece of cheese and two ranch…never got my ranch!the Fries were cold and soggy, and I went to bite into the chicken sandwich and it was like biting into a tire and it wasn’t even cooked all the way so I had to drive back 20 minutes to get a refund and they wouldn’t even refund me my entire purchase. Just the chicken sandwich. Still had to pay for the ranch I never even got. I will never go to this location again. I told the manager that they probably had a bad batch of chicken and he looked at me and said, “No, I don’t think so.” in a smart ass tone and that the GM told him to only refund the chicken sandwich. 0/5 stars!
