Iron Hand Liquor — Local services in Tontitown

Well we go to this liquor store often. We have never had a problem. They are always polite but u better believe they don't usually ask you if u need some help taking that out to your car even if u look like u are struggling. Anyway I went there tonight and I gave him a 20.00 bill but he was certain that I gave him a 10.00 bill with attitude. I didn't get mad he told me I could come bk in the morning to check the tape. But then he opened his drawer and realized that I did I give him a 20 but he put it in the 10 dollar slot. He then gave me what he thought was the correct change but it wasn't and I didn't catch it until I left. They owe me 5.00. So disappointed

This is a nice enough place and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. The store is really nice, roomy and clean and the staff were first rate. The reason for 4 stars is the small store size and the somewhat limited selection. Their selection of scotches did not include the two brands we were looking for, and we thought the selection of Irish creams was lacking.

This is not a complaint and I'm sure the store works for a lot of people just great. It's part of a chain cuz I've seen other units. This was just my reaction. For a lot of people, the selection will be ample, but maybe not the best place to go if you're looking for something a tad more exotic.

Update: I come in here every Friday for beer. Tonight I came in again. Only this time three dudes working there are talking about how much they get for disability. Not one of them says hello when I walk in. Not one of them talks to me as I check out. As I’m leaving I say “Thanks man” and he turns away from me and keeps talking about how he gets $270 a month for disability at 20%. What’s happening to this place? Who does the hiring?
