They seemed to be a great store until I went to check my phone and got falsely accused of shoplifting when I put it back in my pocket. After I put my phone back in my pocket I had a employee ask if I needed any help finding anything and I politely replied that I was just looking around since it was my first time at a Bomgaars I was rudely interrupted by another employee accusing me of stealing. I politely responded with he must be mistaken bc the only things in my pockets were my phone and wallet and even went to the extent of turning out my pockets but the employee said that he didn’t care and took all of my items I was planning on purchasing out of my hands and demanded that I leave HIS store IMMEDIATELY refusing to hear anything I had to say and embarrassing me quiet a bit over me simply trying to respond to my partner regarding an item I was intending to purchase while I was there ironically. I usually love shopping at Orscheln but this visit was fraught with problems. I have never seen a store rip apart their floor in the middle of the business day. I traveled 70 miles round trip and they had the dog section of their store in a million pieces. The workers didn't know where anything was. I was unable to even find our dog food or everyday items. They should have used the 20 workers at night and finished this relocation in the store. It impacted the whole store and you couldn't even get down the aisles of many departments. I recently purchased dog food from this store for my puppy, and I was shocked to find it infested with bugs when I opened the bag at home. Not only is this unacceptable, but it also raises serious concerns about product quality and safety, especially when it comes to feeding a young puppy.
