I’ll just say this. My husband and our two daughters went in 2 minutes before me, while I looked outside. I walked in and the ladies at the front desk stared me down and my family. For context I have a 10yr old and 5month old. They are VERY well behaved. I brushed it off at first but as we walked through, they kept staring us down like we were causing problems. We finally finished and walked up to pay and the only one of the ladies at the register turns and walks away. I had to walk out. I left my husband there to pay. We will not be back. DO NOT BUY POKEMON CARDS FROM HERE! Fantastic place to buy antiques and collectibles. DO NOT buy Pokemon Singles from here. They have multiple booths loaded with Pokemon/Magic/DBZ cards. You can sit down and look through them all. I found a bunch of fair priced rare Pokemon cards. Left there spending around $65 just on cards. When I got home I was inspecting them to look up what they were going for online. Turns out ALL CARDS WERE FAKE! Booth #611 and Booth #281 will not be getting my business again. Very reasonable prices and a very cool store to explore - lots of unique items and variety. However, the staff (two women and briefly one younger male) were very off putting. I was excited to come in as I’ve wanted to stop by for years now and told them that but got a very indifferent response. There were customers with 2 young children and the second they left the two women immediately started gossiping about them. When I checked out I I still attempted friendly conversation with very little success. Overall I was just disappointed by the customer service and wish the experience was more positive.
