Recently i purchased a home and while the inspector told us the HVAC system was older and should be replaced in the next 5 years he neglected to mention the indoor coil was quite literally nearly rusting away. I discovered this through a clogged condensate drain line full of rust. Additionally after moving in we learned it was impossible to correctly maintain the temp in a two story home with just a single stage non-zoned system. It was either too hot upstairs and freezing downstairs or the exact reverse. I tried endlessly to open/close floor registers without success. With a thermostat located at a single point in the house you are just never going to get a multi level house comfortable everywhere So after unclogging the drain and contemplating our ability to put on extra clothing while traveling up/down the stairs, i set about looking for a replacement system to solve our comfort problems.
So i called for an estimate on a complete replacement with zoning. A representative from the company came the same day i called actually. I explained the problems i was having and they went about examining my current system and how to design a replacement to solve my issues. He gave me literally 6 different options that would have all solved the problem. The options varied in equipment, brand, strategy and of certainly cost. He didn't try to push one brand over another and i felt he answered all my questions honestly and throughly. After receiving the estimates and getting over a little bit of sticker shock i went about researching every option presented. As i thought through and researched the equipment options, i realized there was an opportunity to raise all the ducting up closer to the ceiling and create a huge usable space. As you can see from the before and after pics the ducting was placed close to the floor in a room with 11ft ceilings. Raising the ducting basically gave us and entire extra room within our home. Since all the ducting had to be replaced to create the zoning it just made sense to raise it. He revised the estimate to account for my request and it literally was an easy choice afterwards. The before Photos show the room is basically unusable for anything and after raising the ducts it is a HUGE storage space or Archery range or Bowling alley or Craft room for my wife? IDK, but it is SO SO much better than before! You can walk under nearly every duct without touching it.
The total job took approximately 3.5 days in all which included a least one thirteen plus hour day! The guys were professional the entire time, arrived on-time, and let us know the status throughout the process. Was it flawless? Well for the most part ... actually pretty much. There were only two small mistakes. One was a simple setup issue on the zoning within the thermostat and they fixed that the very next day. The other was two ducts were flipped between zones which required about an hour or so to resolve a day or so later. With completely redesigning 21 separate supply ducts into 3 separate zones, three separate returns, flipping the units orientation, raising all the ducting, and everything else involved i honestly expected many more issues. The job was huge and i expected lots of small issues and literally there were just these two small things that went wrong. They fixed those promptly within just a day or two so it wasn't anything to fuss over. The result is my wife now feels comfortable in every single room in our home. Happy Wife Happy Life! More than that though this is honestly how the home should have been from the very beginning. These installers did a great job throughout the entire time. On that last thirteen hour plus day i offered to the guys i'd order them some pizza. They declined which i think they later came to regret. In fact that's the only regrets i think were felt during this...

I sound like a broken record, but we've only seen 5 star employees from this company! I'm always so impressed with their competence, kindness, timeliness, and customer service. Alex even did an extra gas hookup to new grill, just cuz he was there. This is a stellar company!
1/24/24: Broken sewer line under driveway! There is only one company we turn to for complex work like this. As always, Paschal sends the best (AJ McCulley in this case) who gave me three options, lined out the work, and put the plan in play. Great customer service, and great technical expertise. Always the same! Best run company!
3/8/24: Due to the broken sewer line/driveway section replacementā¦we entered an insurance claim. I stopped into the office to get help filling out the Carrierās questionnaire, and the Plumbing Manager himself (Joshua Gross) took 20 mins between mtgs and did the whole thing for us immediately!! The people at this company repeatedly amaze me!!! Truly the best. Thankful for themā¦
10/1/24: another 5 star experience today. Technician (Dan C.) came and performed our annual service on our HVAC units. In addition to the always pleasant service you receive, Dan did a particularly good job itemizing the systemās potential issues, explaining them, giving estimates to remedy, all without pushing a sale on you. This company and its people are repeatedly the best!
1/29/25: a new main line water leak resulting in excessive gallons wasted. We were in the best hands with Paschal again! Marvin gave us three very plausible options to remedy, in which we happen to choose the best longterm fix, resulting in a very big job. Zero pressure from Marvin, much appreciated. Andre and Logan, two total rockstars btw, came and did the immediate fix, then spent an additional day doing the longterm fix, not only with perfect execution of the job, but taking great care to restore the yard from the completed work! Iām always so impressed with the hiring practices, training, skills, kindness, and customer service level this company provides. They truly have the best people and practices. So worth itā¦
9/4/25: Ran into a complication with a dishwasher install due to old/degraded shutoff valve. Paschal (Oscar specifically, who had also bailed us out previously on other item) was scheduled and here in less than 24 hours even though not an emergency! Always great service, and always the best people! Went ahead and installed new dishwasher because here as well. Great young manā¦also, 5 Star experience as usual!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATED REVIEW SINCE ORIGINAL⦠Paschal reached out to me after originally posting a one star. Their response is also posted here. To admit a mistake is worth gold in my book. Iāve certainly made my share of them. But to own the situation completely is even more valuable. Times are weird, employees are hard to find and universally, it seems, much is going downhill for the consumer. Paschal is to be commendedā¦so here it is. Thank you.
It takes one event to alter an opinion. Just one. Until this morning I would have rated Paschal a five of five. Here is why.
Paschal installed a new hvac at my home a couple years or so ago. Exceptional service with good equipment. After the Memorial Day tornado of ā24 they came out and fixed us right up. Again, exceptional.
Why now a one of five stars?
I called to get service for my motherās house, a different address than my own. As the address did not match my phone number in their system they told me my mother needed to give permission. As a full time, live in caregiver a 92 year old sweet lady in end stages Alzheimerās disease I told them she could neither understand nor be understood. It is a thing with Alzheimerās disease. He said he would still need to talk to her. I asked him if he understands the limitations of a person with this disease. He said he was sorry but it is policy. Even after I stated we have power of attorney, he said there was not an exception. Secondly, when I called I found they use a virtual assistant to get things going. That was just annoyance to bypass. The complete lack of empathy was what brought about this downgrade of respect.
Okay? So getting comfort to a home with a completely disabled person gets a denial where we legally do her business and pay all the bills is unacceptable. What...
