My experience with this company was posted all over the walls and at the register no refunds or exchanges. Low and behold after looking at the receipt it clearly states their policy has changed and you have 48 hrs to exchange: leaking, burnt or misfiring vapes. I checked my vape in store and it tasted burnt and that was the end of it, barely even got a sorry, he either didn't know the policy changed or jus silently refused to do a thing about it. After reading my receipt and finding out what the policy actually was I tried to call the store this morning and was told they couldn't help me over the phone and maybe if I came up there she might be able to do something about it but she didn't confirm she would either, I live almost a hour away and then she hung up on me so now it's time to call corporate bc she said she was sort of the manager and wouldn't give me her supervisors name or #.
