The absolute worst customer service ever. I wish that I could home them zero stars . I purchased a firearm from this store. A month later the store returned the money through the Sezzle, which was how the firearm was payed. When I received the email that the money had been refunded because “customer changed mind’ I immediately went to the store. I was told that if I had not come in to explain and let them know, they could not have done anything. They stated that they appreciated the honesty and admitted that the fault was theirs due to not following procedures. The employees were very helpful and I left the store with a positive experience.The next day I was contacted by their customer service department. I was told I needed to pay for the firearm with a credit card immediately. I told the representative that I would like to put the firearm Back to the original method of payment. The representative said just redo the purchase through Sezzle, which I did immediately. The next day I received another call from their customer service stating that I needed to pay for the gun . I told them I did exactly what the representative the day before advised me too. I was told that this was wrong at that they set it up for an additional purchase of another firearm. At this point it was apparent that their customer service department was clueless of what customer service meant. While explaining my frustration, I stated that this whole ordeal was “bullshit” at which point I was told to refrain from vulgar language and was hung up on. I contacted the customer service department again and explained the situation( the fourth time) and ask if I can just return the firearm. I was then told that it was out of the return date. I have tried to be honest and do the right thing even though none of this was my mistake. This company could possibly be the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company, especially online firearms purchases.The service is horrible, the prices are high and if they make a mistake they will throw their customers under the bus. Read moreWent in for ice fishing gear and the store was sold out in the middle of hard water season. Talked to a employee and they had no intention of re stocking. Everything we usually purchase in the other sportsman stores was not present. We were told to order online. This seems to be the solution for everything from the employees .. unfortunately this store is too small for are town and in my opinion was poorly planned . Fishing gear seems somewhat set up for bass fisherman only and very minimal for the trout reservoirs that are local to the community. The isles feel cramped as you shop and I could not wait to get out of the store , usually I’m one to walk out spending alot of money and spending a lot of time In the store. It’s very minimalistic in choices and needs to be re planned in my opinion. I’ll drive out to the valley or just order it too my doorstep. I really hope you guys can take a step back and maybe look into what the locals need and want in such a small store and curve it to what the community of local sportsman need /want so we can help keep this...
Read moreI will never do business again with sportsmen again because of this place. I drove over two hours because they had a gun in stock that I wanted. They were nice enough to hold it for while I drove up there. This happened November 17th. I get up there and would not sell me the gun because it was not log into their inventory. So I was a little upset but I get it stuff happens they said they would figure it out and let me know when I could come pick it up. We'll here I am Dec 29th. I have called multiple times to just get updates. Always blaming some else and never any progress ever made. They would always give me the run around. Finially i said hey what other similar guns would sell me at possible a discount because clealy we are not getting anywhere with this one. They told me atleast 3 times "they would check inventory and get back to you". Never ever heard from them always had to call.
