I love their sushi burritos, but I just won’t be back for a while and can’t really recommend this business. I feel sorry for the nice people working there but I think it’s very poorly managed. Problems 1. Process issues. Last time I went was about 2 years ago, we used to order frequently, but we decided to go into the store, for 2 simple sushi burritos, we waited over an hour. The store wasn’t too busy, there were delivery folks in and out, they continuously filled the delivery orders and ignored me sitting there. I asked about it numerous times but they were just following the flawed process. I was furious but there was not much they could do. 2. We finally decided to give them another try, and ordered it from their website as a to go order. I took pictures and really wanted to give them a good review. Unfortunately, I went to the store and found the online order prices (from their website) were higher than in store prices! I mentioned this to the nice lady at the counter, she could not do anything about it. I tried contacting the manager but s/he couldn’t be reached. 3. I was still hopeful that at least the food would be good. The 3 orders were clearly marked and cleverly showed the differences, I was impressed. But it turned out they were incorrectly placed. (The vegetarian order and non-vegetarian order were switched) In addition, we had one order clearly noted sauces on the side, well, no sauces were used and nothing was on the side, so it was a very bland sushi burrito. Sadly, we were once again disappointed.

I wanted to try a new boba spot, and I came across Kokoroll Cafe. It’s a cute spot that serves both drinks and food. The two ladies there were quick and efficient. I went with my hubby and my daughter. We ordered a Thai tea with boba, a signature milk tea with boba, and a mango smoothie. We also ordered some Nori Maki Hand-rolls. Everything was really yummy! The facility was clean and played good music. I’ll be coming back for sure! * The one thing I thought was interesting is that they charge .30 cents for ice. I normally don't ask for a receipt for most places, but I did this time. I wonder if that's a new thing places are asking. It just kind of blew my mind.

My wife, 3 years old son, and I visited here for the first time. We were greeted with possibly the kindest and warmest people we could ever meet! I would say their drinks were solid good and very interested to try their rolls (but already ate). Apparently, they opened at the end of 2019, which you could guess that it was a hard journey for them. However, surviving the pandemic as a restaurant really says a lot about this place’s quality. I’m very touched by their welcome gestures. I highly recommend you visit this place and support!!!

This place has the best boba in my area that I’ve found. I have looked through Carson, Torrance, Lomita, San Pedro, P.V., and Redondo Beach. If your in one of those areas it is sincerely worth it to give this place a try.⬜️I used to go to Yami Teahouse but they have since closed (Rest In Peace). Ding tea has okay tea but lacks in their chewy boba. Hiccups used to be so strong but has declined over the last year with their boba and tea both lacking in flavour as well as their boba becoming a bit tougher. ShareTea gives you inconsistent experiences and is very hit or miss regarding both their boba and tea. ⬜️Kokoroll is not only fair priced but stands out from these other places in quality. Their tea recipes remain consistent while their ingredients and toppings taste superior and are always fresh. Sometimes you should expect a wait because they do get busy and they make almost EVERYTHING from scratch; all the items are made to order. Since they are busy, this only adds to the experience because everyone knows their good and are willing to wait....
