BBQ Chicken has left me impressed with its tantalizing flavors and unique take on barbecue cuisine. This establishment offers a delightful journey into the world of smoky, savory goodness, though there are a few areas where improvements could be made.
Let’s start with the positives. The flavors at BBQ Chicken are undeniably delicious. Their signature barbecue sauces, ranging from tangy to sweet and spicy, add a delectable twist to traditional barbecue dishes. The chicken, in particular, stands out with its juicy tenderness and well-marinated taste. Whether you opt for their classic wings, tender grilled chicken, or flavorful chicken sandwiches, the quality and taste are consistently satisfying.
The menu at BBQ Chicken also offers a variety of options to cater to different preferences. From their hearty ribs to their flavorful wraps and salads, there is something for everyone. The inclusion of vegetarian and vegan choices is commendable, allowing for a diverse dining experience. Additionally, the side dishes, such as the creamy macaroni and cheese and the tangy coleslaw, complement the main dishes well and further enhance the overall meal.
While the food at BBQ Chicken is undoubtedly tasty, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One aspect is the service, which can sometimes be slow during peak hours. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to work on improving the efficiency and speed of their service to ensure a smoother dining experience for customers.
Another area for improvement is the ambiance. While the focus is on the food, a more inviting and visually appealing atmosphere could elevate the overall dining experience. Updating the decor or creating a warmer ambiance would enhance the enjoyment of the meal and make it a more memorable visit.
In conclusion, BBQ Chicken delivers on flavor and offers a variety of delicious options for barbecue enthusiasts. Their signature sauces and well-prepared chicken dishes are definitely worth trying. With some attention to service speed and ambiance, BBQ Chicken has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable dining experience. A solid four-star choice for those seeking a tasty barbecue journey with room for...
Read moreCraving Korean fried chicken? This is the best you'll find in LA, hands down. I waited to write this after a year, and about 12 orders have been done just to be sure. So unless you are a specifically Koreatown lover, this location in Gardena is fantastic and ideally placed for the SouthBay natives. My kids like fried chicken, but every once in a while, the family craves the extra crispy and savory taste of honey garlic, gang em style, or just OG. The fries are great, and the kimchi fried rice is a treat. I always go wings with bone or a half and half whole chicken for a great combo of flavors. I never tried boneless, and honestly, I never will. Not our style.
Friendly service takes about 20-30 minutes for the order to be ready. That's how you know it's made fresh for you. I always call in or order online before making the 20-minute drive over. That way, as soon as I get there, it's ready to go, and I get home quickly.
This is not Kentucky fried chicken, hot and soggy mess that's ready in 2 minutes. This is authentic Korean fried chicken, double battered and double fried to perfection, requiring...
Read moreI went in a tried to order but eneded up leaving with nothing: 1st thing I notice is it is SO expensive. $18 for 8 wings? You can't do half and half for the flavors and if you want to, it's $2 for the sauce $.50 for ANY ranch. I don't mind paying extra for what I like, but at least one ranch should come with an order. I settled on the lunch choice which was $15 for it looked like 4-6 boneless wings, fries, and a drink. I was going to pay the annoying extra for flavor, and extra to add the cheese seasoning to the French fries $$$$$, BUT the lady said I couldn't pay extra to add seasoning to the fries as "there was no button for it". I suggested charging me for a sauce and move forward as I had to get to work and she expected me to wait for however long is was going to take the owner to get back, to to 'see' if it was possible. Mind you they offer the fries with the seasoning separately, I just wanted to upgrade. She couldn't help me, kept saying no and 'no' on top of the price and extra charge for everything? I was so turned off I left with nothing....
