I'm so not coming back to this market... the lady manager in the "cook food" area is so rude and mean!!!!...i come here almost everyday to buy my food. I even convinced all my office mates to patronize this store because its accessible to where we work...So on the day 02/03/2016 i was trying to pick which food to buy and all of a sudden the "lady manager" just shout at me and said " don't touch it!"( and she almost slap my hand!). i was surprised by her reaction and so i ask her why. apparently what she wants me to do is to get my food from the cold ones because they are trying to get rid of it because its probably been prepared since yesterday. i was so mad that i was shaking and i lost my scheduled lunch and my appetite as well. i just felt that i could not let this pass so i approached another person(another manager by the name of esther) and she refused to give me the name of that rude lady because she said the lady doesn't want to and that she is also a manager. right! so much for good customer service!. those people are covering their...

Got a bunch of groceries as usual. This time, the bagger ask me to pull cart over, since it has a reusable bag. Cashier check out and handed me the receipt. I thank the bagger for putting groceries in the bag as usual

After getting home, found out I'm short three boxes of tofu,. On the receipt, I got charged for 4 boxes of tofu, but there's only one box in the bag.

Either I got ripped off, or the bagger made a mistake.

Called customer service and explained several times the situation, and they asked how come? Not believing me, Not going to make it right, I guess. Either way, I'm not going back for 3 boxes of tofu they they denied.
