Our initial experience was amazing. We had been looking for a solid wood dining room table and chairs set everywhere and so many other retailer use laminate and we didn't want that. We also loved the idea that it was made in US and not imported. We were able to custom design what we wanted and color and at a price about the same and cheaper than other retailers. We knew it would take like 12 weeks because of they were custom making it for is. A few weeks in I get a call that our chairs had arrived at the warehouse but our table was still original estimated date. We were given the option to get the chairs first, which I wanted since we had a folding table I could use in the meantime with he chairs. So that is where everything fell off. Was told delivery dept would call me to schedule delivery... nothing for weeks... emailed, was told they will contact again and have them call me... nothing for weeks, emailed again this time with no response... called the store, was told they will have someone call me... nothing. I gave up wasting my time calling. About 10-11 weeks in, I get a call that my table AND chairs were ready for delivery and scheduled it. Delivery guys came to deliver right on time. There was a slight issue with my chairs and they were teetering a bit and the guy said it might be our travertine floors but someone would get back to me to check.... not a single followup call. Disappointing because their furniture isn't cheap. My biggest annoyance is that when you say you are going to do something, do it. Don't give me the option and then don't follow through or follow up. I decided to buy a sofa there and was so happy with everything, that I decided to get window treatments for my entire. house from them and was considering a new dining room set. Not anymore. The process began in March and on April 1st, I gave half of the money for a down payment on the shades and valences I purchased. To date, (June 28th) I have not gotten the window treatments installed and as of last Friday, there was still no planned installment date. To add insult to injury, I am the one to have to initiate emails with my design consultant because she doesn't update me regularly on what is happening.
