Perfect picture of a go-to neighborhood coffee shop! Plenty of seats and parking spaces (plus plus points in LA!), chillin' vibes with not overwhelming background music, super sweet barista, and obviously most important - DELIGHTFUL COFFEE!
They carried Little Marionette coffee beans, which was non-acidic with bold aroma and smooth finishing. I was pleased by the flavor play Cafe Dolce brought into its menu as it's offering fun one like Ube. I got mine hot and absolutely loved it. It came sweetened just at the level I precisely fancied, and the ube taste wasn't overwhelming, still let the coffee gots its spotlight.
They also served pastries from Baked Bar, one of my favorite bakeries in town. Prolly room for improvement was if they could get the pastries warmed-up pre-serving given it must have been staying there for awhile on the showcase. Ordered chai latte and almond chocolate crossaint. Nothing too special about the Chai and pretty ordinary menu which could be a good thing from a business perspective (Starbucks is right down the road). The pricepoint for the crossiant was fairly high ($7) but glad to support local. Ambiance is nice with plenty of seating inside. Outdoor seating is a nice addition and plenty of parking in the lot.
