After a lifetime as an extreme sport athlete, my body has residual damage that impeded my lifestyle. The culmination of broken bones, impinged nerves, scar tissue caused a chain reaction, resulting in chronic pain, poor posture, diminished physical capabiity and a resulting bout of depression.
