Nature's Remedy — Local services in Town of Allegany

I personally was never in the store but my boyfriend went hear looking for a med to help my acid reflex and had me on video chat so we could talk about the options avaliable a worker that appeared to be middle aged was helping him and she was very disrespectful and ignorant actually looked in the video chat and said this was probably happening because I had a hernia and if i doint take care of myself I will need surgery it got me in tears I'm a epileptic and ended up tearing my esophagus from the convulsions a few months after that developed acid reflex and was put on a med and it helped years afterwards health insurance stopped covering it so I had to switch to a different med that unfortunately doesn't help as much and then a few months ago had a seizure med increase because there was a seizure increase and after vomiting acid a number of times I researched the seizure med and a rare side effect is sour and acid stomach the lady that thought she was helping wasnt and whin my boyfriend was checking out the lady had the nerve to question him about my bowel movements he pointed out i was working with a dr then this woman actually said she doesnt care what the Dr says she wants the truth it was out of line that woman abused her position she does not have a PhD and does not need to know everyones medical history I am raiting it stars only because the med my boyfriend bought from hear seems...

I have shopped many times in this shop. I am always very kind to the owner and any person working in the shop. In fact, everyone in the shop, besides the owner, is actually VERY welcoming!!! The owner is always kind of rude, and stand off ish???? And my last straw was my recent visit. I purchased a whole case of Chore water. She didn't have an actual case to give me, so I got some from the fridge and she got some from the back for me. She never even offered me a discount for buying an actual case vs a few bottles. After having the water for a few days, I realized,it was out dated by a year, January 2018 as a matter of fact!!! I had already drank most of mine. I shared my case with my Mother in law who had not been feeling well and she noticed it first actually. And she had already drank most of hers too. She had asked the owner of it was ok and she said it was and never even offered to exchange it for a good one!!!! I paid full price for a year old case of out of date water!!! This is wrong 😡 in so many ways! I don't care if it was ok to drink, it's the point! I will not buy anything in this...

Great spot for hard to find and specialty, more natural items from food to remedies. Also, great spot to find holistic resources from massage to classes. Only reason not doing 5 Stars is pricing seems high on some items that appear at or past dates on...
