Boost Mobile — Local services in Town of Babylon

I brought my sister into the store last evening, 11/15/24. After she had such an awful experience at the boost mobile store in Huntington, she really didn't want to go but I insisted. We were greeted by Will as soon as we entered (smiling and friendly) and asked to have a seat while he finished up with a customer. He was able to get her phone and number transferred to Boost from Metro without any problems in a very short time. When we left she was connected and able to use her phone and it was a great experience for her. Will was able to completely change her view of Boost Mobile and their on site representatives! She's now a loyal Boost customer and quite impressed with the service she received. So was I. The owner posts fake good reviews beware !! I bought a phone at this store in july 2019. They set the phone up for me .They put the screen protector on the wrong way and sold me the wrong case for the phone. The phone ended up breaking 2 days after i bought it, I went back to see if they could help me since they sold me the wrong case and wrong screen protector and they said i would have to buy a new phone for $299. The service was first rate ! They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful , VERY professional . This was not just for me, but the other customers who came in as well. Another customer insisted they accept a tip on top of what he paid. My phone replacement went seamlessly . They upgraded my plan for more data no extra charge.
