The woman that work there always have an attitude and treat you very nasty. I was there last Sunday and asked for help and the young lady didnât smile, wasnât friendly, had an attitude. I even asked her how was her day and she never responded back to me. Especially now that we are trying to get thru a pandemic, Customer Service should be key. Iâm not Salvadoran but I love the culture and the food. I actually travel to El Salvador yearly. One thing I noticed is that every time I go in there, the girls mistreat me and overcharge me on my food. Then charge me $1.00 service fee which I could never understand. If someone came into my place of business, I would do whatever it takes to make sure my customers are happy. Plus I have Salvadorean and Honduran people in my family. I would love to bring them to buy food from this restaurant. Also after the Pandemic, thereâs almost no food on display, the food doesnât look fresh and looks as if itâs been sitting along time. Iâve walked in many times and the food looked not eatable. I remember before the pandemic, there was always something that looked and tasted very good. If you donât accept me as a customer, there are many more Salvadorean restaurants I could patronize. I used to buy from your restaurant every day and I hope to continue to do so. Plus if you came into my place of business you wouldnât like if I mistreated or disrespected you. The short girl that works at the register has no manners, morals, always walks around as if I owe her something, doesnât smile and is very rude. On many occasions I would walk in and say â how are you and how was your day in Spanish and she would never respond back to me. I even asked her one day if she was upset about something and she said no. I patronized this restaurant daily and this is not the way to...

I was attended by a nice short lady with short hair and some ear piercings and at the register was a late teenage boy. My 1 star reviews is due to the fact that they were both eating, the boy was eating a soup and tended to a customer while chewing/swallowing gave the customer his credit receipt, once he gave customer the pen, he went on his phone and never even looked at the signature well until the customer left the store, the gentlemen said goodnight and he didn't even bother to say anything. Possibly one of the worst service witnessed... I was so the verge of saying something. On to the food... I asked for avocados on my 3 tacos (2-chicken đ, 1-carne asada) I ate 1 chicken and threw the other 2 out, none were good (soggy, no cilantro, only a sorry excuse for pico de gallo and the chicken was over seasoned and over cooked) it takes a lot to disappoint me at an eatery and Flores Deli was able to deliver impressively. Stay...
Read moreWent there because my friend recommended the place. He said the pupusas are really good. Well I am disappointed the pupusas were not really great and had to much dough! But I was mostly disappointed in their service! The girl at the counter had horrible customer service! She took forever to pack my order and when she finally did she spilled the sauce by the pupusas packet and didnât even bother to clean it she left my pupusas all dirty of the sauce and she looked and me and I was like omg and she then put them in the bag dirty! She then got a phone call and I continued to wait while she was on the phone for about 10 more minutes. Then she said there was no meat for the soup I had ordered a beef soup and hour ago couldnât they tell me that in advance? I asked for a straw and she totally ignored me! I have never been treated this way first and last time...
