FedEx Ship Center — Local services in Town of Babylon

I had a horrible experience at this location. Shipping 6 boxes of clothes to donate homeless ministries for friend in LA. She send me the prepaid printed label but the sender and recipients address was reversed. I was told by to to resent and she gave me her account number. Asked the lady at store and I wanted print the label with the account fed exp account number. She said she can’t print the label instead she asked me to fill out the forms. I asked her how much it would cost and she said she doesn’t know. My friend told me it charged $650.00 which it could be $168.00 if I did it in label. The person at the store should have mentioned it would cost lot more. I repeatedly point out the boxes this is how I want to send it. She didn’t mentioned anything about the difference in fees and she made it sound like this is only option. I’m so furious about not disclosing the fees. They’re ONLY looking out for themselves to make extra money in their pocket by not disclosing the information. I went back to talk to the person and one guy was very rude and...

I never write reviews, but I absolutely have to share. I was trying to make a Walmart return. It required that I go to a FedEx ship center and provide scan code and they print the label. I went to 7 “authorized ship centers” before this stop.

It was Saturday 18th around 10am. The young man was so incredibly helpful. He could have easy said “sorry we can’t take that package her” but instead he loaded an address to another FedEx location in my phone & stated “I promise you, go here and this will be your last stop” —- which of course it was.

My point, he took the extra one minute to help me, to go the extra step. It’s a shame more people don’t do this. This young man was great and FedEx...

I am at a loss for words!!!! I went on Saturday I walked in around 3:45 there were three people in front of me I could tell the young girls behind the counter wanted to get out of there. I was next and when I got up to the counter she asked if I had an fed-ex account? I replied no and I simply said I mailed from here before. And then she says wel if you mailed from here before then you would know that we close at 4? I said I will take my package and leave.
