I routinely go here for propane refills. My wife went there today for an exchange and the guy there was beyond rude. There was a couple there that was shopping for pavers and they were being led on that the job could be started next week even though material is on back order. Coincidentally we are having pavers done and we had an availability issue so my wife let them know. The guy retaliated and made my wife wait to get the propane exchange. Good luck keeping customers being this way.

Why should I be obligated to bring this issue to your attention as the person in charge representing your company should have handled the situation differently. This person that was there, an older man, could have been you for all I know. I generally saw a lady there when I stopped by for propane or mulch. I never had an issue in the past as she was always polite.
I know that Cambridge in Toffee Onyx had a 3 week lead time and it was exactly what this other customer was looking for. For the record my project was not delayed I had to opt to use Nicolock instead of waiting. The person there tried to sell the job saying they would be able to do it the next week. My wife heard which product they were looking for and politely suggested they double check as we were having issues getting that ourselves.
Your person in charge got irritated because she provided this customer with the information (which in turn they asked the question and your employee acknowledged they had to check because everything is on back order). Lastly, as for your limited customer service, this person called younger ladies out which went to assist my wife and in turn this man redirected her and said my wife can wait. After doing our homework, it was clear that Hewlynnâs Basics Landscaping was the company of choice. We called Hewlynn on Deer Park Avenue to set up an appointment to have someone come to our home, see our patio, hear our thoughts and give us some ideas/suggestions ... Jay did just that. He listened to our ideas about the color, the size and the texture of the pavers, and gave us his recommendations. Between all of us, we came up with a plan, date and time that fit both our schedules. Jay told us the crew would start the project on Monday and it would be done by Friday., depending on weather. I (being the skeptic) planned for a minimum of two weeks from start to finish. I am thrilled to say the patio was completed on time, within Jayâs time frame. In a few words, our ânewâ patio is incredibly beautiful. Jay was at our home every day making sure the demolition of the patio and installation of the new pavers was done the way we had decided. Even after the patio was installed, the professionalism continued. His crew, led by the foreman Henry, washed down all the plants around the new patio that had been covered with dust from cutting pavers. They cleaned the fence around our Koi Pond. Their attention to detail and assurance of âcustomer satisfactionâ could be seen each day. They put new soil around the perimeter of the patio and then seeded it. Jay even sent someone the day after the patio was completed to make sure our irrigation was not damaged. That is what I call above and beyond attention to detail. One of my biggest obstacles for a new patio was finding the right people to install it.
