Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Nasty lady... Went in many times to order pistachio soft serve and she refuses and makes believe that she doesn't understand you when you tell her that the ice cream is too soft and to let it run a little bit before putting it into the cone. The man who runs the store and I believe who is the owner is very curt and not very obliging at all. I went in to buy a $47 ice cream cake from my wife's 60th birthday and he told me he didn't have time to put flowers on it. For a business that achieves high margins it's hard to believe that he didn't have time to put flowers on a $47 sale. What a jerk! TOM CARVEL IS TURNING...

Absolutely ridiculous! I’ll be calling the owner. Firstly, I call and the girl who answers says they’re closed at 8:50 when online it says till 9:30. When I mention online says till 9:30 she says well if you come in I’ll help you (as if she’s doing me the favor for staying open the time she’s suppose to be).

Then when I get there I order a medium ice cream and she gives me 1 scoop in the dish. I ordered a second ice cream as a large and she gives again 1 scoop just in a larger dish and charges more for the exact same amount. Super obnoxious and rip off. Management should evaluate...

My 10yo daughter had a rough evening, and I said "hey lets go for ice cream, I know you've never been to Carvel." We went in, and the young lady there was so helpful and letting my daughter try a few things since it was her first time. We went early and there was no line so we weren't holding anyone up.
