Update from original review: so I wrote my original review with zero expectations of hearing back, I'm a regular person, no social media presence/not a streamer, and I knew that Arpit and his company has grown significantly and with much success since I first ordered. When it comes to companies that have worked with so many celebrities/influencers, I have very low expectations on their customer support, they tend to focus too heavily and give special treatment which neglects the average every day clientele, but when I say that Arpit went above and beyond to rectify my situation, I mean it. He personally worked with me 1 on 1 to go over every concern and was patient with every request/question I had. He prioritized my situation despite being extremely busy with holidays sales and various events. Arpit and his company deserve every bit of success they have and knowing the lengths they'd go to in order to ensure a happy customer is unmatched. I wouldn't say this lightly due to my original experience but I 1000% recommend them. From working with me personally rather than referring me to just anyone on his team to ensuring that throughout the process of diagnosing/fixing/replacing, I didn't spend anything from my own pocket. My issues were all addressed and fixed in record time and knowing he genuinely respects all of his clients regardless of their following or how much time has gone by since they last purchased speaks volumes. As a last note, I want to add that I offered to update this review of my volition, he never once asked or suggested for me to update it, he made it clear his primary concern was addressing the problems I had. Again, best support I've ever received from any company. Will keep my original review down low for context.
(old review) long overdue review. within the last 3 years, got 2 PCs from paradox totaling over $5k. first PC was just a starter, but still had minor aesthetic issues but it was whatever. second PC was a more serious, had issues with it from day 1, couldn’t play any games without getting kicked out (no error codes) and couldn’t even run minecraft/fall guys type of games on it. reached out in 2021 and was directed to their support discord, tech support dude was no help, kept hitting on me and made it uncomfortable. had me send over videos of the game crashing to his number because it was the “only acceptable way for him to view it”, he was not professional at all after this. never got the issue fixed and never felt comfortable to come back or know who to even reach out to since it seemed like the same small group of dudes running all of arpits socials while he handles the more known clientele. to this day, still can’t play anything on a PC i paid 4k for,...
Read moreI originally left a 1-star review out of frustration, but I want to take a moment to completely revise that. After waiting past the 4–8 week estimate, I was understandably upset. I felt like my order was being pushed aside, especially when seeing influencer builds getting priority. But I made a call today — and the owner himself, Arpit, picked up.
Not only did he take the time to talk through everything with me, but he also personally made sure my PC was built, finalized, and shipped that same day. That’s not just good customer service — that’s next-level. It’s incredibly rare to see a business owner take such a direct role in making things right for a customer, especially in the high-volume, high-demand world of custom PC builds.
This isn’t my first build from Paradox either. I previously got a 4090 build from them that was absolutely fire — seriously, top-tier in every way. From the performance to the cable management to the clean aesthetics, everything was flawless. That build was so solid it brought me back without hesitation for another. So when things didn’t go as expected this time, I was extra disappointed — but now I realize I just should’ve reached out sooner.
It’s easy to leave a bad review in the heat of the moment. What’s harder — and more important — is recognizing when a company truly cares and does everything in its power to make things right. Paradox Customs, and especially Arpit, didn’t just meet me halfway — they owned the situation and delivered in a big way.
Delays can happen, especially with high-end custom hardware and changing supply chains. But how a company responds to those delays speaks volumes. In my case, the response was fast, honest, and deeply customer-focused.
Huge thanks to the entire Paradox team — and especially to Arpit — for not only saving the situation, but turning it into a reminder of why I chose this company in the first place. I’m genuinely excited to get this new build in my hands, and I know it’s going to be something special.

I can’t recommend Paradox Customs enough — this was hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a PC build. From start to finish, Arpit and his entire team went above and beyond to deliver not just a high-performance machine, but a full-on experience.
What really stood out to me was the level of detail and passion that went into the build. You can tell Arpit truly loves what he does. He took time to answer all my (sometimes dumb 😅) questions with patience, always making sure I felt confident and involved in every step. Whether it was part compatibility, aesthetics, or performance goals — he was on it.
The build quality is insane — cable management is clean, temps are cool, and the whole setup just screams premium. I even got to see my build featured on their stream, which was honestly hype and made the whole experience even more personal.
